Highlights of Villa Palacio include the 50-foot wide private pool, a 12-person 360-degree infinity Jacuzzi, fire pit, covered outdoor living space, an 8,400 square foot recreation space with a basketball court, 9-hole putting green, bocce ball court, pint pong, darts, and an organic vegetable and fruit garden!

Outdoors, there is a poolside Gazebo, a 10-person dining table, and a circular firepit.

The indoor living space at Villa Palacio has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, ice maker, microwave, and counter bar. There is also a dining room table to seat 8 guests and a semicircle couch and coffee table. A covered open-air loggia furnished with a wrap-around sofa and table overlooks the terraces and infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

West Wing: Laguna Room

The west wing of the villa houses the Laguna Room Type, a 796 square foot air-conditioned space with a balcony, two bathrooms, a king bed, a queen trundle bed, and a full-size sofa. Other features of the Laguna Room include a two-person Jacuzzi on the balcony, his and hers desks and closets, and a minibar. A privacy door connects the room to the main living area.

East Wing: Bahia Room

The east wing of the villa houses the Bahia Room Type, a 775 square foot air-conditioned space with a balcony. This split-level plan has a bed and bathroom on the upper level and lower living space with a sofa bed, mini bar, and love seat. It has one enormous marble bathroom with an oversize shower and a Jacuzzi.

The Center of Villa Palacio

The center of Villa Palacio has a master bedroom on the second floor with a hammock on the balcony and a full-size marble bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The Back of Villa Palacio: Two Guest Rooms

The back of Villa Palacio has two guest rooms; one on the lower level and one on the upper level. Each has two king beds and full bathrooms. The guest rooms do not have views of Arenal Volcano.

Villa Palacio can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.

The 3,553 square foot Falcon’s Nest Villa is situated at the highest point of the property with an incredible view of Arenal Volcano. Sit and enjoy the sunset from the large Jacuzzi on the sundeck. The view looks directly out over Arenal Volcano over the terrace and a heated lagoon-style swimming pool with an infinity edge with an embedded infinity-edge overflow Jacuzzi.

The 1,775 square foot outdoor space also has a covered area with a dining table (fantastic for outdoor family meals) and hammocks along with balconies, rocking chairs, and hammocks.

The villa also has access to a six-person golf cart to use between the villas and the reception building above them. They are not permitted down the mountain at the Jungle Cat Sanctuary or Club Rio.

Interior Layout

The Falcon’s Nest layout is divided in half; one side is similar to the Oropendola suite with the full-size kitchen, the other side is similar to their family suite. There is also a small connected bedroom with a separate entrance.

On the family suite side, there is a king bed with a large private bath on the first level and a mezzanine bedroom above with a king-size bed, two sofa beds, and its own private bathroom.

On the first floor of the Oropendola suite, there is the kitchenette, living space, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full private en-suite bathroom on the first floor. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom on the first floor also.

Villa Guayaba is situated just steps from the on-site Perdidos Springs and the monkey slide. Guests of Villa Guayaba have unlimited access to the resort hot springs and pools. A personal four-seat golf cart is included in your stay.

The expansive 1,300 square foot outdoor living space has a heated infinity pool, sundeck, and covered lounge space with table seating for six and two side-by-side hammocks. The heated infinity-edge private plunge pool has massage jets, little waterfalls, and the ability to set your desired temperature.

The interior of Villa Guayaba is 1,310 square feet. There is a full kitchen, master bedroom with a king-size bed which also serves as the living room with a sitting area, and a second bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.

Villa Guayaba also has a minibar fridge, coffee maker, central air-conditioning, phone, WiFi, and safe. Both luxurious marbled bathrooms have multiple showerheads and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a cable TV with surround sound home theater with Apple TV, mobile connectivity, and CD/DVD player. The in-room minibar service includes a selection of soda, wine, beer, and snacks.

Casa de las Flores has central air-conditioning, two terraces (one on each floor), WiFi, a gourmet kitchen, kitchenette, living area, TV, daily housekeeping service, and a safe. On the top floor, sliding doors open out to the deck where there are lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs. The best views of the ocean are on the top floor – a fantastic location for dining while watching incredible Pacific Coast sunsets!

Enter the bungalow on the upper level to the kitchen, sitting area, and outdoor patio. The first bedroom with a king-size bed is also on the top floor separated from the kitchen and living space by a half wall. An indoor staircase leads down to the lower level of the bungalow where there are a second bathroom and second bedroom that opens up to another balcony.

Amenities of Tulemar Resort include an on-site concierge, the beach, four pools, nature trails, and an on-site restaurant. The exclusive beach is just a 7-minute walk down the hill from Casa de las Flores. Alternatively, there is a free private van available for transportation to the beach or around the property. There are also many restaurants, shops, ATMs in Manuel Antonio, and grocery stores within walking distance of Tulemar.

Rooms

The two bedrooms at Casa de las Flores contain one king bed and two full beds. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed with a semi-private sleeping area. There is a bathroom on the upper level.

Each full bathroom has an open-air shower. It’s also worth noting that the cases are located on the hillside with stairs and ramps to climb.

The two-bedroom casas have access to all of the amenities of Tulemar Resort including access to the concierge, onsite restaurant, four pools, and the exclusive beach. The casas are about a seven-minute walk down to the beach. Alternatively, a complimentary shuttle service can be arranged to the beach and around the Tulemar property. Just outside of the property, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs are within walking distance in the Manuel Antonio area.

Two-bedroom Casas

The two-bedroom casas at Tulemar have two levels with 2 1/2 bathrooms. There are two suites with two queen beds in each that sleep up to eight guests. Alternatively, guests can choose to have two suites with one king and two queen beds that sleep up to seven guests. There’s also a full-size daybed in the living area.

The top level of the two-bedroom casa has a full kitchen with a comfortable living area, a 1/2 bathroom, a large daybed, a TV, and a large outdoor patio with lounge space and a Jacuzzi. The lower level has two suites with two queen beds in each suite (or one king and two queens). Each suite has its own terrace and private en-suite bath with an open-air rain shower.

Amenities of the two-level free-standing villa include a recently renovated kitchen and two recently renovated bathrooms (one on each level). The open fully-stocked kitchen and living area on the upper floor along with one of the bedrooms, and a balcony with seating overlooking the ocean. Each level has its own entrance from the sidewalk. The levels are connected by an external spiral staircase, connecting both balconies. The lower level of Maunaloa has the second bedroom and bathroom and another private balcony overlooking the Pacific.

Maunaloa Villa has complimentary WiFi, air-conditioning, flatscreen TVs with cable, and safes. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but a resort laundry service is available. Free parking is available on site.

The Maunaloa Villa is a part of the Tulemar Resort. Guest at Maunaloa can enjoy resort amenities including access to the on-site concierge, daily maid service, the four pools (3 family pools, 1 adult-only pool), hiking trails, exclusive beach, an on-site restaurant, and gift shop. The exclusive beach is just a seven-minute walk from Maunaloa Villa. It’s also possible to take advance of the free resort shuttle to and from the beach and around the resort property. The resort is also within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, grocery, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.

Rooms

With two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), the Maunaloa Villa sleeps up to six guests. There are two bathrooms on both levels.
